Among his many initiatives, Kennedy is spearheading the concept of ‘Universal Homes’ to address Newfoundland and Labrador’s aging population and provide appropriate housing to seniors and the physically disabled. Kennedy is the creator of the ‘Construction Buyers Agent’ 10-week Training Program for realtors which is anticipated to be accredited by the NLHBA. He is a licensed home-builder, avid outdoorsman, accomplished singer/songwriter and musician.
